Our process has been meticulously designed with Estate Agents in mind, drawing on our extensive experience in End of Tenancy Cleaning for some of the London’s most reputable brands.
Deposit. At the time of accepting the Quotation or not more than 7 days thereafter the Customer shall be required to pay a Deposit to the Company. The Payment shall be full. Orders shall not be deemed confirmed until the Fee is paid in full.
Checklist
KITCHEN
• Wipe down and polish inside and outside of all kitchen cabinets/cupboards
• Steam clean and polish inside/outside of the refrigerator, oven, washing machine, dishwasher
• Steam clean and polish gas or electric hobs including all accessories and any surrounding wall tiles and cabinets.
• Steam clean and polish the kitchen sink and taps, remove limescale. Wipe down all kitchen surfaces.
• Remove mould, wipe down and polish windows internally, including the windowsills
• Wipe down doors, door frames and skirt boards. Garden doors cleaned internally only.
• Wipe down radiators removing food debris and general scuff marks
• Wipe clean and polish all plug sockets, light fixtures/fittings
• Vacuum, steam mop and polish floors
BATHROOM/TOILET
• Steam clean inside/outside shower basin/bathtub, remove limescale and soap scum, remove mould, unblock drain, polish taps, shower heads and doors
• Wipe down and polish cabinets, shelves, mirrors, and all surfaces
• Steam clean and polish all taps and sinks. Remove limescale and mould
• Wipe down doors, door frames and skirt boards.
• Steam clean and disinfect inside/outside of toilet including seat, remove limescale, remove mould. Polish
• Wipe down and polish wall tiles
• Remove mould, wipe down and polish windows internally, including the windowsills
• Wipe down and polish extractor fan
• Wipe down and polish light fixtures and fittings and any switches/sockets
• Vacuum, steam mop and polish floors
RECEPTION ROOMS
• Wipe down and polish inside/outside any furniture, glass surfaces, mirrors
• Wipe down and polish windows, remove mould
• Remove cobwebs and wipe down walls
• Remove mould, wipe down and polish windows internally, including the windowsills
• Wipe down curtain rails/ blinds
• Wipe down and polish doors, doorframes, handles
• Wipe down and polish sockets, light fixtures, and fittings
• Wipe down sofa including under cushions
• Vacuum, steam mop and polish hard floors.
BEDROOMS
• Wipe down and polish inside/outside all furniture, surfaces, and mirrors
• Remove cobwebs and wipe down walls
• Remove mould, wipe down and polish windows internally, including the windowsills
• Wipe down curtain rails/ blinds
• Wipe down and polish doors, doorframes, handles and skirt boards
• Wipe down and polish sockets, light fixtures, and fittings
• Steam clean and sanitise mattress
• Vacuum, mop hard floors only
HALLWAY/STAIRCASE
• Remove cobwebs and wipe down walls
• Clean and polish mirrors and glassware
• Remove mould, wipe down and polish windows internally, including the windowsills
• Wipe down doors and door frames
• Wipe down railings, banister, and skirt boards
• Wipe down and polish sockets, light fixtures, and fittings
• Wipe down and polish inside/outside all furniture
• Vacuum, mop, and polish hard floor
Please note, we do not include balcony cleaning, external window cleaning or front or rear garden cleaning. These additional services can be priced on request. Furniture will be cleaned.
